How to request deletion

Send an email to schoolvaultai@gmail.com with the subject line SchoolVault AI Account Deletion Request. Please include the email address of the account you want deleted.

What data is deleted

When your request is verified, we delete account-associated data tied to SchoolVault AI, including your profile information and your stored study content.

  • Account profile details tied to your SchoolVault AI login
  • Subjects, notes, tasks, reminders, and study content
  • Uploaded files and attachments stored for your account
  • Room membership data and associated room content where applicable
  • Chat and study activity linked to your account where applicable

What may be retained

Some information may be retained for limited legal, security, or operational reasons, such as fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or compliance with applicable law. Any retained information is handled according to our privacy practices.
